Submission Guidelines
Subject Matter
We invite blog submissions that explore various facets of Indian law and legal issues or a comparative analysis with foreign laws. Submissions include but are not limited to legal analysis, case law reviews, recent legislative developments, theoretical discussions, and practical insights. We encourage submissions that provide new perspectives, thought-provoking commentary, or comprehensive overviews of complex legal issues.
Original Content
All submitted content must be original, created by the author, and not previously published in any form. Plagiarism is prohibited. If you refer to other works, please provide proper citations and references.
Word Limit
Articles should typically range from 1000 to 1,500 words. However, we are open to considering shorter pieces (e.g., brief commentaries or opinion pieces) and longer articles (e.g., in-depth research papers) depending on the topic's complexity and the quality of the analysis.
Formatting
To ensure uniformity and readability, we ask that all submissions adhere to the following formatting guidelines:
Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
Line Spacing: 1.5 lines.
File Format: Please submit your article in .docx (Word document).
Structure: Use clear headings and subheadings to organize your content logically.
Guidance on Structuring Your Article
For a cohesive and engaging article, please follow this suggested structure:
Title: Choose a title that accurately reflects the content and draws in readers.
Introduction: Begin with a brief introduction that sets the context and outlines the main points you will discuss.
Body: Break down your analysis into well-organized sections with relevant subheadings. Each section should explore a different aspect of your topic.
Conclusion: Summarize your findings or arguments, offering final thoughts or recommendations where appropriate.
References: Please use the appropriate links in the main text itself wherever possible if you are referring to any material. You can provide the citations in a recognized format (e.g., Bluebook, APA, etc.) in end note but try to keep it minimum and prefer providing a link to the source.

Along with your submission, please include a brief biography (50-100 words) that introduces you to our readers. This should include your name, professional or academic affiliation, areas of expertise, and any other relevant background information. Please also provide an email address where we can reach you.

All submissions will be reviewed by us and we reserve the right to edit your article for clarity, grammar, and alignment with our content standards. If significant edits are required, we will communicate with the author before publication.
